In most cases this service is provided as part of the obligations tied to a planning permit. In filling this role, FWA makes sure that no undue damage takes place to any heritage elements present within the confines of a project. It also ensures that planning obligations concerning heritage are observed faultlessly. This is done through round the clock on-site presence or periodic inspections as the case may-be. This service is provided by professionals and specialists from within the organisation. Regular written reports are provided to both the authorities and clients.

In case of infringements, FWA alerts both the authorities and clients but in most cases tries to avoid their happening through timely vigilance and continious debate with the developers.
