Fondazzjoni Wirt Artna is a self-funded non-governmental organisation which depends on membership fees, personal donations and sponsorships to fund its heritage conservation work for present and future generations to enjoy. Over the past years FWA was instrumental in saving and rehabilitating various cultural heritage building sites and in engendering awareness and disseminating knowledge about neglected aspects of our rich history. Preserving historic places is an expensive task.
