In Memory of Joseph Theuma

Fondazzjoni Wirt Artna salutes the memory of Joseph Theuma one of Malta's leading fireworks authorities who passed away yesterday. From the very start, Joseph Theuma has keenly supported the work of Fondazzjoni Wirt Artna especially in its reactivation of the Saluting Battery and the daily time-guns for which he provided the igniters until recently. Joseph was also the one who has helped FWA fire again the Armstrong 100ton gun at Fort Rinella after a long lull of one hundred years in 2005. May he now rest in piece. Gone but never forgotten.
