Book Presentation

Today, FWA Founding Chairman Mario Farrugia has presented a copy of his biography and history of Colonel Henry Anderson Morshead, Commanding Royal Engineer and Acting Governor of Malta and his funerary monument at the Saluting Battery, Valletta to DrCharles Farrugia, the National Archivist at the National Archives in Rabat.
